2026 Fair Information

Friday, February 27, 2026 | 10:00 - 3:00 p.m. CST
Hosted in Huntington Bank Stadium

Join us at the University of Minnesota Job & Internship Fair, attended by more than 1,000 qualified candidates from the University of Minnesota Crookston, Duluth, Morris, Rochester, and Twin Cities campuses.

Our candidates represent a wide variety of academic majors, degree levels and experiences, and are looking for full-time employment, internships, and general career information and networking.

Career Fair Fees:

  • $950: For-Profit Organizations
  • $950: Large* Nonprofit/Government
  • $500: Small** Nonprofit/Government

*Large Nonprofit/Government: $100 million in revenue or more

**University of Minnesota Departments hiring full-time staff and interns can register at the small nonprofit rate

2026 Fair Deadlines

  • Registration Deadline: This event is currently at capacity. We are accepting additions to the waitlist through the end of business on Friday, February 6.
  • Payment Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026
  • Cancellation deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026. Written refund requests must be submitted by January 30. There will be no refunds after this date

After your registration is approved, you will receive an invoice which will direct you to log into Handshake to pay your fee. At that time you will be able to pay via credit card.

Posting Your Jobs

We strongly encourage you to post your jobs to Handshake to ensure they are visible to candidates in advance of the Career Fair. Postings are active for 30 days.

IMPORTANT note about majors: Include all majors you are willing to hire. Students have been known to look for companies based on major searches. It's important to think of all possible majors that may be a fit. This will broaden the talent pool with qualified candidates.
